Growing up, Brother Dickie Bryan experienced firsthand the devastating effects of alcoholism on his family. His father was a workaholic, and his mother struggled with addiction, leading to a broken home and eventual divorce. These experiences instilled in him a deep burden to help others facing similar challenges.

Daniel Foster – Co-Owner, F&H Flooring
Daniel Foster is the co-owner of F&H Flooring, bringing a combination of hands-on expertise, education, and a passion for quality craftsmanship to every project. A lifelong friend and business partner of Jake Halverson, Daniel helped launch FnH Flooring with a commitment to delivering flooring, tile, and remodeling services that homeowners can trust.
Daniel holds an Associate’s Degree from East Mississippi Community College, and he combines his academic background with years of practical experience in the flooring and remodeling industry. He is also a Schlüter Certified Installer, ensuring that all tile and wet-area projects meet the highest standards for durability and waterproofing.
Outside of work, Daniel is devoted to his family. He and his wife, Lacy, are expecting their first child, a little girl, and are excited to expand their family. Daniel’s focus on integrity, precision, and client satisfaction is reflected in every project FnH Flooring completes, making him a trusted partner for homeowners seeking beautiful, lasting results.

Jake Halverson – Co-Owner, F&H Flooring
Jake Halverson is the co-owner of F&H Flooring, bringing years of hands-on experience and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship to every flooring, tile, and remodeling project. A lifelong friend and business partner of Daniel Foster, Jake helped launch FnH Flooring with the goal of delivering results that homeowners can trust and be proud of.
Jake is a Schlüter Certified Installer, trained in industry-leading techniques for waterproofing and tile installation in bathrooms and other wet areas. His attention to detail ensures that every project is completed to the highest standards, combining durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Outside of work, Jake and his wife Bailey are raising their growing family, with their first child Evelyn and soon welcoming a second, a baby boy. Jake’s dedication to integrity, precision, and client satisfaction is at the heart of FnH Flooring, making him a reliable partner for homeowners seeking beautiful, lasting spaces.
